Rubber Hose Lab In-Charge:
Job Title: Rubber Hose Lab In-Charge
Reports to: Quality Manager / Supervisor
Responsibilities:
– Oversee testing and quality control of rubber hoses
– Conduct physical and chemical tests on raw materials and finished products
– Maintain lab equipment and ensure calibration
– Analyze test results and provide recommendations
– Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols
– Train and supervise lab technicians
– Develop and implement testing protocols
– Collaborate with production and quality teams
– Investigate and resolve quality issues
– Maintain lab documentation and records
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001)
Requirements:
– Diploma / Degree in Polymer Science / Chemistry / related field
– 2-3 years of experience in rubber / polymer testing
– Knowledge of testing standards (ASTM, ISO, etc.)
– Good analytical and problem-solving skills
– Knowledge of rubber chemistry and testing methods
– Experience with testing equipment (e.g., tensile testers, aging ovens)
Preferred Qualifications:
– Certification in quality management or testing (e.g., CQE, CST)
– Experience with quality control software or systems
Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per hour
