About the Role
JSW Steel Limited is seeking a highly driven and analytical professional to lead financial analytics within the Finance function. This role will focus on delivering actionable insights, strengthening data-driven decision-making, and enhancing business performance across plants.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth analysis of NSR, costs, EBITDA, working capital, and other key financial metrics
- Extract and analyze data from SAP and other plant systems to generate meaningful insights
- Develop dashboards and reports using advanced analytics tools
- Drive trend analysis and benchmarking across plants and peers
- Support leadership with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong expertise in financial analytics and business performance management
- Hands-on experience with SAP / SAP S4 HANA
- Proficiency in data visualization and dashboarding tools (Power BI or similar)
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
