🔹 About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Business Finance professional to partner with cross-functional teams and drive financial insights, controls, and business performance.

This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Business & Delivery, enabling data-driven decisions, strong governance, and operational excellence.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Partner with Business, Finance & Controllership teams to drive financial performance
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across projects and business units
• Drive revenue recognition, invoicing, and collection tracking
• Monitor project profitability, cost analysis, and effort tracking
• Analyze unbilled revenue, receivables, and revenue leakage risks
• Work closely with CXO-level stakeholders and business leaders
• Strengthen process controls, reporting accuracy, and financial governance
• Enable MIS reporting, insights, and decision support

🔹 What We’re Looking For

✅ CA qualified / MBA with relevant experience

✅ 4–6 years in Business Finance / FP&A / Project Finance

✅ Experience in IT Services / project-based environment (preferred)

✅ Strong understanding of:

• Revenue recognition
• Project accounting
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Financial controls

✅ Advanced skills in:

• Excel
• Power BI (preferred)
