Lead – Delivery Management-SAP PPDS Full Time NEW

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an experienced and skilled Lead – SAP PPDS to join our SAP Planning – Delivery department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving SAP PP/DS projects, leveraging their expertise in production planning and detailed scheduling processes. With a focus on SAP IBP-PPDS or SAP APO-PPDS, the Lead will lead and manage end-to-end implementation and support projects, ensuring efficient and effective solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP PP/DS projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide expert guidance and support in production planning and detailed scheduling processes.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, from requirements gathering to go-live and beyond.
• Offer hands-on experience and expertise in SAP IBP-PPDS or SAP APO-PPDS solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient processes.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in SAP PP/DS.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP PP/DS consulting, with a focus on production planning and detailed scheduling.
• Hands-on experience in SAP IBP-PPDS or SAP APO-PPDS is mandatory.
• Proven track record of leading and managing end-to-end implementation and support projects.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP PP/DS modules and their integration with other SAP modules.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering efficient solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team of consultants.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
