Lead – Direct Sourcing Full Time

• Lead costing and global sourcing activities for electronic components including passives, actives, ICs, PCBs, and PCB assembly processes.
• Review BOM, PCB Gerbers, mechanical drawings, cable assembly drawings, label specifications, and consumable datasheets to classify and scope components.
• Float RFQs, perform detailed cost comparisons, estimation, and negotiate with technically and commercially approved vendors.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain accurate quotations, prepare price comparisons, and finalize vendors based on cost, quality, and capability.
• Drive cost negotiations and continuous cost control through in‑depth cost analysis and benchmarking.
• Identify, develop, and qualify alternate and localized vendors to reduce lead time, cost, and dependency on imports.
• Manage obsolescence by identifying alternate parts and increasing local sourcing for imported materials.
• Establish and manage VMI programs for local and global suppliers to optimize inventory and control Days of Supply (DOS).

Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics / Mechanical/ Electrical / Any Stream (Mandatory) MBA material management, logistics management, imports & exports management (If Added Advantage)
