Lead Generation Intern (Remote) Full Time

Role Description This is a full-time, remote Lead Generation Intern. The intern will research target markets, identify potential prospects, and build structured lead lists to support the sales pipeline. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing new leads through online platforms, conducting basic market research, validating contact information, and updating CRM or tracking tools with accurate data. The role also involves supporting outreach efforts by preparing prospect lists for email or messaging campaigns and coordinating with sales or business development team members. The intern will collaborate closely with the team to refine lead criteria, track outcomes, and suggest improvements to lead generation processes.

Responsibilities

• Ability to identify and qualify New Leads and support structured Lead Generation activities.
• Foundational Market Research skills to analyze target segments, industries, and prospect profiles.
• Strong Communication skills for clear internal coordination and professional written outreach support.
• Interest in Sales processes and willingness to assist with building and nurturing a healthy pipeline.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, online research tools, and basic CRM or data-entry tasks.
• High attention to detail, ability to follow processes, and readiness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Identify companies that may require branding, packaging, website development, social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing services.
• Assist in creating prospect lists for outreach campaigns.
• Verify lead information and ensure data accuracy.
• Work closely with the founder and business development team.
