Job Title: Salesforce Sr Developer

Experience Range

• 8+ years of overall IT experience
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, implementation, administration, and configuration

Hiring Location : Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Kochi and Trivandrum

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (Aura framework & Lightning components)
• Experience working on at least 3 Salesforce Lightning projects
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, administration, including reports and dashboards
• Strong experience with:
• Apex, Triggers, Visualforce
• SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)
• JavaScript and related frameworks
• Experience with Sales, Service, and Community Clouds
• Knowledge of Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, Eclipse, ANT) and resolving deployment issues
• Experience in Salesforce integrations using SOAP, REST, WSDL, and APIs (Bulk API, Metadata API)
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools like Data Loader, Informatica, Boomi, Cast Iron, or MuleSoft
• Strong understanding of:
• Workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes
• Security model, user roles, and profiles
• Experience in database development (SQL/PL-SQL, schemas, stored procedures)
• Strong problem-solving skills and adherence to coding best practices
• Ability to write unit tests and test classes for positive and negative scenarios
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with onsite (USA) stakeholders

Mandatory Certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Salesforce App Builder Certification

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in Java or .NET technologies
• Experience in the Healthcare domain
• Exposure to Service Cloud (certification is a plus)
• Knowledge of Advanced Salesforce development practices

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer II (DEV 501)
• Salesforce Advanced Admin (ADM 301)
• Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant Certifications
