Responsibilities
- Lead and manage plant operations during general shifts, including monitoring all processes and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Optimize plant performance by implementing efficient operational strategies and best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot any operational issues and minimize downtime.
- Supervise and mentor plant operation staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Prepare regular reports on plant performance, including efficiency metrics and operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute operational improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with environmental standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in emergency response and crisis management activities as necessary.
Non-Negotiable Skills:
- Extensive experience in Thermal Power Generation industry.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of plant operations optimization.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Thermal Power Generation industry.
