Responsibilities

1. Smooth functioning of Procurement and Stores function at site.
2. Strategic sourcing and procurement of Chemicals, Raw Materials, Consumables, Spares, Service Contracts
3. Imports of Material and Services
4. Supplier Relationship Management (evaluation, audits, performance monitoring, sustainability)
5. Planning, Budgeting, and Cost Optimization
6. Procurement Analytics (Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis)
7. Compliance & Regulatory Management (anti-corruption, anti-bribery, ethical procurement practices)
8. CAPEX Procurement, IMS implementation, Audit & Compliance Management
9. Vendor Development & Inventory Management
10. Follow 100% safety compliance and other compliance with laws regulations and ISO requirements for procurement operations.
11. Procurement of routine materials and services
12. Maintenance of vendor records
13. Generation of MIS reports using Excel/PowerBI and SAP-MM/Oracle ERP/ARIBA
14. Store Operations support
15. Coordination with internal stakeholders for material/service requirements
16. Handle various audits and implementation based on the findings
17. Reporting on procurement activities

Qualification

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Engineering

B.Com/BBA/B.Sc/ M.Com/MBA/PGDM (Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management/Material Management/Operations/Procurement is preferred)

Knowledge of Software/ Application System/Tools
