The Role
We are seeking a Lead Product Designer to deliver motion design solutions with deep expertise in animation, video, and motion design for digital products. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on creative leadership, craft excellence, influence, and governance.
You will contribute to the end-to-end motion design vision, help define standards and governance, and work hands-on creating high-impact motion and video experiences. As they become available within our organization, you will also actively leverage AI-based tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, storytelling, and production.
The Candidate
You are a motion-first design lead who understands how video elevates storytelling, and animation can strengthen both product and brand experiences. You are comfortable influencing without formal authority and defining best practices that others adopt.
You apply motion intentionally knowing when it adds clarity and impact, and when restraint is essential.
A Strong Portfolio Demonstrating
Video and time-based storytelling for digital products
Motion systems, patterns, or guidelines
Product animations and interaction design
Deep understanding of motion fundamentals (timing, easing, choreography), accessibility, and performance considerations
Experience developing a motion design strategy and framework that delivers both vision and reusable tools, including motion systems, patterns, and guidelines
Strong collaboration skills with cross-disciplinary partners
Clear, confident communication with senior and global stakeholders
