Be the driving force behind Credit on UPI & Credit Card acceptance growth story across India and beyond!

Lead initiatives to make Credit Card & Credit Card on UPI the preferred choice for merchants both in domestic & international markets. Own the product roadmap, innovate & build Credit Cards & Credit Cards on UPI Products & features. Work on and collaborate with Payment aggregators, Banks & global partners to deliver frictionless, future-ready payment experiences.

You’ll shape how India pays using Rupay Credit cards, build payment innovations, lead zero-to-one product build, and work at the intersection of technology, partnerships, and strategy to redefine how India and the world transact.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Innovation & Delivery
• Build a comprehensive Credit card & Credit Card on UPI acceptance product strategy for domestic and international markets
• Own the product roadmap, innovate & build Credit Cards & Credit Cards on UPI Products & features
• Collaborate with Payment Apps, Banks and Payment aggregators for Credit card and Credit Card on UPI frictionless payment experience, future-ready payments and New Product adoption
• Lead product initiatives to make Credit Card & Credit Card on UPI the preferred choice for merchants both in domestic & international markets
• Define segment-specific playbooks for micro-merchants, MSMEs, organized retail, travel, hospitality, and cross-border clusters.
• Drive international enablement by partnering with global acquirers and networks for corridor activation and compliance.
• Ecosystem Partnerships
• Build strong relationships with Payment Aggregators, POS OEMs, gateways, and international partners to innovate and build new methods to Pay & improve adoption of existing Products
• Execute co-marketing campaigns and offers to scale Credit Card & Credit Card on UPI acceptance nationally and globally.
• Data & Insights
• Develop dashboards for TPV, feature adoption, merchant activation, approval rates, success ratios.
• Identify and resolve acceptance bottlenecks such as BIN gaps, routing issues, declines, technical enablement
• Exposure to AI for building Products, Data Intelligence etc.

• New Product Roll out & Adoption: New Credit card and Credit card on UPI Payment Innovations which can transform the payment experience, and adoption of the same
• Affordability Solutions: Build Credit card on UPI based affordability solutions
• Merchant Acceptance Growth: Domestic POS/E-com/QR activation and retention.
• International Enablement: Number of corridors and merchant clusters live.
• Usage & Revenue: TPV growth across domestic and international acceptance.
