Role & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement engaging learning programs and training modules aligned with organizational goals.
Utilize Learning Management Systems to deliver, track, and report on training activities.
Conduct training needs analysis across teams to identify skill gaps and areas for development.
Create and update e-learning content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate training outcomes and optimize learning strategies.
Promote a culture of continuous learning by organizing workshops, webinars, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Experience with Instructional Design and e-learning development tools.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems.
Strong understanding of training needs analysis and assessment.
