🚀 We’re Hiring | Legal Counsel – Technology & Commercial Contracts
📍 India-Based | Remote | Full-Time
At Methodica Technologies, we build embedded software, hardware, and AI-powered solutions for automotive, aerospace, medical, IoT, and construction industries. Our teams are in the San Francisco Bay Area, Michigan, and India.
We’re looking for a sharp technology lawyer to join our India team.
What you’ll own:
• Supplier & client technology contracts (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor agreements)
• Labor law — employment contracts, non-competes, contractor agreements
• Cross-border commercial agreements between our US and India entities
• Supplier onboarding and legal due diligence
• IP, software licensing, and hardware supply contract reviews
What we’re looking for:
• LLB/LLM with 3–7 years in commercial/technology law
• Strong background in Indian labor law and tech contracts
• Experience with non-compete and confidentiality agreements
• Daily user of AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) in your legal workflow
• Comfortable overlapping with US time zones (PST/EST evenings IST)
• Excellent written English
