LinkedIn Expert – Immediate Joiners Full Time

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic LinkedIn Expert / LinkedIn Growth Champion who understands the platform inside out and can drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and business growth through impactful LinkedIn strategies.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in LinkedIn content strategy, personal branding, audience growth, lead generation, and professional video/content optimization on LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-impact LinkedIn growth strategies for the company and leadership profiles
• Manage end-to-end LinkedIn presence including content planning, posting, engagement, and analytics
• Create and optimize LinkedIn content including carousels, thought leadership posts, newsletters, and video-based content
• Drive audience engagement, organic reach, profile growth, and lead generation through LinkedIn best practices
• Strategically promote and optimize LinkedIn video content to maximize visibility and engagement
• Understand LinkedIn algorithms, trends, creator strategies, and platform updates
• Build and manage professional branding campaigns for executives and the organization
• Monitor performance metrics and generate insights for continuous growth and optimization
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to execute campaigns effectively

Requirements

• 4–5 years of proven experience in LinkedIn management, branding, or growth marketing
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn video content strategy and performance optimization
• Experience in growing professional brands, company pages, and thought leadership profiles
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills
• Knowledge of LinkedIn analytics, social media tools, and digital branding strategies
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of professional and B2B communication
