Role Description

We are looking for a creative and growth-oriented LinkedIn Growth & Social Media Specialist on a contractual basis to support the initial growth and visibility of DevelopU’s social media presence, especially on LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate should have experience in social media management, content planning, branding, audience engagement, and organic growth strategies. The role will focus on building brand visibility, generating engagement, increasing followers, and strengthening our professional digital identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow DevelopU’s LinkedIn company page and social media presence
• Create engaging content related to hiring, recruitment trends, careers, workforce insights, and employer branding
• Design and schedule social media posts, banners, and promotional creatives
• Develop content calendars and posting strategies
• Increase page engagement, impressions, and follower growth organically
• Support personal branding initiatives for company leadership
• Write captions, recruitment posts, hiring campaigns, and branding content
• Monitor social media analytics and suggest growth improvements
• Research industry trends and competitor positioning
• Coordinate with hiring and leadership teams for content ideas and campaigns

Qualifications

• Experience managing LinkedIn business pages
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or LinkedIn branding.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn growth strategies and professional audience engagement
• Experience with Canva, social media scheduling tools, and basic content design

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing LinkedIn business pages
• Understanding of recruitment, staffing, or HR industry is preferred
• Knowledge of LinkedIn growth strategies and organic engagement
• Basic graphic designing skills using Canva or similar tools
