Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven LinkedIn Performance Marketing Expert who can independently strategize, execute, and scale high-performing LinkedIn ad campaigns for B2B and B2C/D2C clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns (Lead Generation, Traffic, Conversions, Brand Awareness).
• Build and optimize B2B lead generation funnels for clients across industries.
• Audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience setup.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to deliver high-performing ads.
• Monitor budgets, scale winning campaigns, and reduce cost inefficiencies.
• Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations for internal teams and clients.
• Stay updated with LinkedIn Ads platform updates and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn Performance Marketing.
• Proven experience managing medium to high ad budgets on LinkedIn.
• In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills with a performance-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience working in a marketing agency is a strong advantage.
