Role Description

The LMS – LearnDash/WordPress Executive will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the institute’s Learning Management System (LMS), specifically LearnDash integrated with WordPress. Core responsibilities include configuring and maintaining the LMS platform, creating robust course structures, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless user experiences for learners and administrators. The executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams, upload and organize course content, and implement innovative solutions to enhance learning delivery and performance tracking. This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with LearnDash and WordPress, and experience in configuring, customizing, and maintaining LMS platforms
• Technical skills including knowledge of HTML, CSS, basic PHP, and troubleshooting LMS-related technical issues
• Experience in uploading and managing digital course materials such as videos, assessments, and other e-learning content
• Understanding of user experience (UX) design for e-learning platforms to ensure ease of navigation and accessibility
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently
• English: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams
• Experience in the education or healthcare sector and familiarity with CPD course management is an advantage
• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred
