Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Logistics Analyst. The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for analyzing logistic processes, monitoring key performance indicators, and managing inventory to ensure optimal operations. The role involves developing strategies to improve efficiency, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with various teams to support logistics and supply chain objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large data sets
- Experience in setting and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Proficiency in Inventory Control and Inventory Management
- Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to identify and solve logistical challenges efficiently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency with logistics or supply chain software is a plus
