Job Role: Executive Logistics

Responsibilities:

Inventory, Product & Depot Management: Stock file preparation; batch/MFG/MRP coordination; handling specific customer/CSE/QC requirements and complaints; book vs physical stock tracking, investigations, and closure.

• Dispatch & Primary Movement Control: Exceptional approvals; urgent vehicle planning; loading issues; e-waybill extensions; product availability and direct connection cases; BBND tracking, DPR, dispatch monitoring, and IBTN creation with approvals.

• Secondary Delivery & Billing Oversight: Handling damages, shortages, MRP and delay-related escalations; secondary billing validation, approvals, cost control, debit/CN finalization, and vendor coordination.

Depot Operations & Compliance: Addressing depot escalations from CSEs, sales teams, and customers; HSE audits, statutory compliance, document retention, eSTL monitoring, depot visits (audit/review/training), and operational standards enforcement.

• System & SAP Governance: Resolution of SAP issues (GRN, RIN, block/unblock, LIDs); PID coordination and posting; system hygiene for imported/bought-out products; IBTN, MB1C posting, and cheque deposition.

• Damage, Scrap & Reverse Logistics Management: Damage segregation and retrieval; movement to damage locations; monthly damage reporting; scrap memo preparation, accrual/MAP mapping, scrap sale estimates, bulking activity, scrap billing, and fund coordination.

• Planning, Reporting & Analytics: All-India daily stock sharing, secondary delay compilation, vendor-wise sales and pallet occupancy reporting; throughput and pallet billing approvals; ABC analysis with vendors/QC; POP/GIFT item tracking.

• Cross-Functional & Vendor Coordination: Pallet circulation and occupancy; damage bulking for reprocessing; vehicle loading/unloading (primary/interplant); export, solar and CCP product coordination; stock audits with M/s Matrix; regular team reviews and coordination meetings.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline

1–3 years of professional experience in a relevant role

Strong working knowledge of MS Excel will be an advantage

Understanding of logistics processes and coordination
