Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Operations Specialist, located in New Delhi. The Logistics Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the transportation and supply chain operations, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods. Tasks include coordinating with stakeholders, optimizing logistics processes, managing customer interactions, and overseeing compliance with operational standards and safety regulations. The role requires analyzing data, solving logistical challenges, and maintaining accurate documentation for all logistics activities.

Qualifications

• Track daily pickups, inspections, and logistics activities (MRN, Material entry, Transportation payment) 
• Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners 
• Maintain accurate records of pickup schedules, status, and completion 
• Maintain and clean Excel-based tracking sheets 
• Create and update KPI dashboards (daily / weekly / monthly) 
• Analyze operational data to identify delays, inefficiencies, and trends 
• Structure and standardize data for better reporting 
• Ensure proper documentation and process tracking 
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables) 
• High attention to detail and organization skills 
• Ability to handle structured data and large datasets 
• Basic understanding of operations/logistics (preferred)

Compensation 

Full-time: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
