Title : Brand Solutions Strategist

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative yet strategically sharp Brand Solutions Strategist to join the branded content and integrated marketing team at Lokmat ClickStart.

The person in this role will help conceptualize and build 360° marketing solutions for brands across categories — including FMCG, Auto, Consumer Durables, BFSI, Government, Entertainment, Lifestyle, and more.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Solutioning & Campaign Strategy

• Develop integrated marketing solutions based on client briefs
• Translate brand objectives into impactful media/content ideas
• Build festival-led, culture-led and emotion-led campaign properties
• Create innovative digital-first and on-ground activations
• Think beyond standard media plans and develop custom integrations

2. Creative & Consumer Thinking

• Understand consumer behaviour, regional sentiments and internet culture
• Decode trends, creator culture and platform behaviour
• Develop insight-led campaign hooks
• Create storytelling formats across:
• Instagram / YouTube
• Influencer ecosystems
• Branded entertainment
• Events / Community-led activations

3. Presentation & Pitching:

• Build high-quality pitch decks and branded presentations
• Structure compelling narratives with strong flow and logic
• Convert abstract ideas into sellable client-ready concepts
• Collaborate with sales teams to strengthen pitches
• Present ideas confidently to internal and external stakeholders

4. Cultural & Regional Marketing Understanding

• Deep understanding of:
• Maharashtra culture
• Festivals
• Marathi audience behaviour
• Youth internet trends
• Tier 2/Tier 3 audience psychology
• Ability to create campaigns rooted in real emotions and local relevance

5. IP & Content Development

• Create scalable content properties and recurring IPs
• Develop sponsorship opportunities around:
• Festivals
• Awards
• Creator economy
• Hyperlocal communities
• Identify monetization opportunities within content formats

6. Market & Competitive Intelligence

• Track advertising, media and content trends
• Study competitor campaigns and emerging formats
• Stay updated on:
• AI tools
• Content consumption behaviour
• Digital innovations
• Platform algorithm shifts
• Social commerce trends
