LTM – Data Modeler Full Time NEW

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Data Modeler to join our growing data and analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, Teradata technologies, SQL development, and enterprise data warehousing concepts. In this role, you will be responsible for designing scalable and efficient data models, supporting data governance initiatives, and enabling high-quality data solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with large-scale enterprise data environments, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop scalable and optimized data structures for enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions.
• Work extensively on Teradata database technologies, including SQL development, query optimization, utilities, and performance tuning.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust data architecture and modeling solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation related to data models, metadata, mappings, lineage, and governance standards.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and profiling using advanced SQL techniques.
• Support enterprise data warehousing initiatives, including Medallion Architecture and modern data platform Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and data engineers to resolve data-related issues and improve data quality.
• Contribute to enterprise metadata management and data governance initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to data standards, naming conventions, and best practices across the organization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization in data modeling and

management activities.

• Participate in data integration and migration initiatives as Skills & Experience Skills experience in Data Modeling concepts including :
• Conceptual Data Modeling
• Logical Data Modeling
• Physical Data Modeling
• Hands-on experience with Teradata databases and utilities.
• Strong SQL development and query optimization skills.
• Experience in Data Warehousing concepts and methodologies.
• Understanding of Medallion Architecture and enterprise data platforms.
• Knowledge of metadata management and data governance practices.
• Experience in data analysis, profiling, and validation techniques.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and enterprise data Skills :
• Experience with data visualization or reporting platforms.
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics ecosystems.
• Knowledge of data lineage and cataloging tools.
• Understanding of banking, financial services, healthcare, or enterprise domains is an added Skills :
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Self-driven with attention to detail and Qualification or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
