Job Title: LXT Officer
Location: Calicut,Kerala
Working Time: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM : 7: 00 PM- 9.30 PM
Required Language: Malayalam and English
Working Days: MONDAY TO SATURDAY

Role Overview The LXT Officer is responsible for supporting daily learning operations, maintaining regular learner follow-ups , and ensuring smooth coordination within the process. The role involves assisting learners,tracking progress , handling shift- wise activities, and supporting the team in delivering a positive and effective learning experience through proper communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct regular learner follow-ups
● Track learner progress and attendance
● Coordinate daily learning activities
● Maintain communication with learners
● Support smooth workflow and operations
● Prepare basic reports and updates Key Requirements

● Good communication skills
● Basic computer knowledge
● Ability to handle follow-ups and coordination
● Willingness to work in shift-wise schedules
● Graduation preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
