Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹75,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
Operations Management
- Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day mall operations
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff
- Monitor facility issues and coordinate timely repairs and upkeep
- Manage parking, fire safety, and emergency response protocols
Tenant Coordination
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants
- Handle tenant concerns, lease compliance, and operational issues
- Coordinate tenant fit-outs, renovations, and onboarding
- Assist in rent collection processes and dispute resolution
Marketing & Promotions
- Plan and execute events, promotions, and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with brands and agencies to improve mall visibility and footfall
- Monitor customer satisfaction and visitor engagement
Financial Management
- Prepare and monitor budgets and operational expenses
- Track revenue, rental income, and operational costs
- Review financial reports and authorize operational payments
Compliance & Legal
- Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and safety requirements
- Maintain licenses, permits, and insurance documentation
- Coordinate audits and inspections with relevant authorities
Team Leadership
- Lead and supervise the mall operations team
- Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance
- Conduct staff training and maintain workplace discipline
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in mall management, retail operations, commercial property, or facility management
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and tenant management abilities
- Knowledge of operational compliance and safety standards
