Renewable Power (Contract Execution & Compliance)

Overview: Executing Renewable Power documentation, financial modelling, RFQ coordination, and captive compliances. It involves handling PPA/SHA documentation, conducting renewable power analyses, preparing financial evaluations, comparative charts and approval note.

Major Responsibility Areas

1. Documentation Execution
2. Draft and execute key documents such as Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and Shareholder Agreements (SHA) incorporating approved commercial terms
3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders including the legal team, plant teams for inputs, clarifications, and issue resolution
4. Conduct meetings with vendors for document discussions, clarifications, and alignment towards finalization.

1. Renewable Power Analysis & Financial Modelling
2. Evaluate new technologies and business opportunities including workings for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) for peak shifting and Pumped Hydro Storage options.
3. Prepare financial models, carry out scenario analysis, and prepare internal proposal papers and approval notes

1. RFQ Management, Vendor Evaluation and Internal approval papers
2. Float RFQs for renewable power requirements and ensure timely follow‑ups for receipt of commercial offers.
3. Track and evaluate vendor responses, clarifications, and deviations against standard terms.
4. Prepare comparative statements (technical/commercial) for internal approvals and management decision-making.

1. Captive Compliance Management –
2. Coordinate with developers for getting captive compliance certificates and maintain annual documentation for all RE projects
3. Handle quarterly records of captive compliance for group captive projects and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Understanding of Renewable Energy, Open Access, Group Captive.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for analysis.
• Strong analytical skills, documentation proficiency, and ability to coordinate across plant teams and corporate functions, ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Good communication, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills
