Management Trainee (Field Sales) – Fresher Full Time

1. Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with leadership skills.
2. Give presentations to clients about company products.
3. Collect payments and handle sales-related queries.
4. Submit reports to the sales manager or branch head.
5. Be responsible for achieving sales targets and implementing marketing plans to accomplish company targets.
6. Analyze and summarize sales problems, dealer performance, and product issues.
7. Maintain continuous contact with customers and designers to present company products.
8. Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with a flexible and detail-oriented attitude.
9. Coordinate effectively with the internal team.
10. Work independently.
11. Handle collections, pending payments, and debtor status while ensuring nil outstanding.
12. Implement strategies for augmenting business, identifying and penetrating new market segments, and promoting the brand for business excellence.
13. Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
14. Identify potential customers to prospect for new business.
15. Develop relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
16. Coordinate with the commercial team to ensure timely delivery of materials at customer sites and select cost-effective modes of transportation.
17. Monitor projects at a micro level and keep updates on day-to-day activities of branches and projects in respective regions.
