Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven MBA graduates to join us as Management Trainees. This role offers exposure to multiple business functions, helping candidates build a strong foundation in management, operations, and corporate processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day business operations and coordination across departments
- Work closely with different teams to understand business workflows
- Participate in client coordination and internal meetings
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and support decision-making processes
- Learn and contribute to process improvements and execution
Requirements
- MBA (Completed or Pursuing)
- Strong communication skills with fluent English
- Basic understanding of management principles and business operations
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
