Job Overview

We are looking for energetic, smart, and highly communicative candidates who are interested in building a long-term career in warehousing, logistics, and client operations.

This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals from supply chain, logistics, operations, commerce, or business management backgrounds. Selected candidates will be trained in warehouse operations, inventory control, WMS coordination, client communication, MIS reporting, and operational monitoring.

This is a warehouse-based operations role where candidates will monitor and coordinate operations directly from the warehouse floor. No manual loading/unloading or pick-and-pack work is involved.

Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations Monitoring

• Monitor inbound, outbound, inventory movement, dispatch, returns, and warehouse activities
• Ensure operations follow SOPs and process standards
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, DEOs, transport teams, and operational staff
• Track task completion and report delays/issues

Inventory & WMS Coordination

• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock movement
• Support scanning, binning, stock updates, and WMS activities
• Identify stock mismatches, damages, or pending updates

Client Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate between warehouse teams and management
• Communicate professionally via email and calls
• Share operational updates, escalations, and dispatch status
• Handle communication with international clients when required

MIS Reporting & Follow-Up

• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports
• Track pending orders, dispatches, inventory discrepancies, and ageing cases
• Follow up with teams to ensure task closure and reporting discipline

Process Improvement

• Identify operational gaps and escalate issues on time
• Support process improvements and workflow efficiency
• Suggest practical operational improvements

Important Note

This is not a desk-only office role.
