We’re hiring 4-6 Management Trainees for our 2026 cohort. Positions will be in Mumbai, NCR, Bangalore, Chennai.
Who tends to do well here
There’s no single profile. The thread across our best hires is range, not pedigree. Clinicians who moved into management. Healthcare management graduates with a real interest in operations. Analysts with public health, biostatistics, economics, or engineering backgrounds. Engineers and product folks who’ve already spent time around healthcare.
We care about three things more than where you studied:
- You’ve done something genuinely interesting — published research, built a product, run a clinic, taught yourself analytics from scratch
- You did consistently well in school and college
- You can write a clean, structured sentence (rarer than you’d think)
Practical filters: 2024, 2025, or 2026 batch grad, or under 2 years into your first job. Comfortable in messy ambiguity.
Logistics: Mumbai, NCR, Bangalore, Chennai but open to relocate depending on openings. Market compensation. Founder-level access from month one. Application → 30-min screen → case round → final round. Usually wraps in 2 weeks.
