Job Title Manager – Academic Administration

Job Description The Manager – Academic Administration is responsible for overseeing all academic-related administrative functions of the campus, including academic scheduling, coordination with departments, student records, examination processes, and compliance with regulatory bodies. This role acts as a critical link between academic departments, students, and the university’s central administration.
Responsibilities
Coordinate academic calendars, timetables, and examination schedules in consultation with departments.
Maintain accurate student academic records, including registration, grading, attendance, and transcripts.
Ensure timely communication of academic regulations, schedules, and policies to students and faculty.
Support the smooth conduct of admissions, orientation programs, examinations, and graduation ceremonies.
Coordinate with faculty and department heads for curriculum planning, course offerings, and workload management.
Oversee compliance with university policies and statutory requirements (AICTE, UGC, NAAC, etc.).
Manage the academic ERP systems and ensure data integrity across departments.
Facilitate internal audits, accreditation processes, and academic reporting requirements.
Handle student queries, grievances, and support services related to academic matters.
Assist with academic planning, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
