Location: Ahmedabad (Gujarat)
Job Profile:
Own and drive growth for Gujarat & MP region alongside one key category (electronics/ education / lifestyle/ Fitness, etc.)
- Identify, onboard, and scale merchant partnerships across Gujarat & MP
- Build strong relationships with regional brands, retailers, and key accounts
- Drive revenue through offers, co-funded campaigns, and affordability solutions (EMI, etc.)
- Create and execute joint business plans (JBPs) with partners
- Lead commercial negotiations and close strategic deals
- Ensure strong in-store visibility and local activation to drive footfall and conversions
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, ops) for execution
- Track category and merchant performance; optimize for growth and ROI
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Alliances, affordability exposure, Partnerships, Business Development, or Category Management
- Strong exposure to Gujarat & MP merchant ecosystem
- Proven track record of driving revenue and managing key accounts
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage both category strategy and on-ground merchant execution
- Fluency in Gujarati and English preferred
- Experience in BFSI / fintech / retail / e-commerce is a plus
