Manager – Campaign Sourcing and Project Management, Global Shared Services Full Time

As a Manager in Global Shared Services (GSS) Operations, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Campaign Project Managers (CPM) and Campaign Sourcing Specialists while driving operational excellence in our campaign delivery system. Your mission will be to build, mentor, and scale a team DCM’s while ensuring the successful execution of Prime Video Marketing Campaigns across multiple stakeholder groups.

In this role, you will be accountable for both team performance and operational excellence. You will drive innovation initiatives, optimize workflows, and implement data-driven solutions to improve team efficiency. As a key member of the GSS leadership team, you will contribute to strategic planning and goal setting while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will manage end-to-end operational metrics, lead business reviews, and develop strategies to scale operations effectively. Your focus on people development will ensure team growth aligns with organizational goals while maintaining high standards of campaign delivery excellence.

Key job responsibilities

• People Management:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Campaign Sourcing Specialists and Project Managers.
• Establish team objectives aligned with broader organizational goals.
• Manage individual and team performance expectations and goals.
• Conduct regular 1:1s and team meetings to provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Drive career development planning and growth opportunities for team members.
• Cultivate a positive team culture aligned with GSS vision and values.
• Identify and implement training needs in collaboration with the Learning and Development team (L&D).
• Drive end-to-end hiring process for their team.
• Operational Leadership:
• Collaborate with teams across GSS to optimize cross-functional workflows and ensure operational excellence.
• Represent the CSPM team in cross-functional leadership meetings.
• Own end-to-end operational metrics and KPIs for their team.
• Monitor and optimize team capacity and workload distribution, in collaboration with Planning team.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics and business indicators.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity.
• Manage escalations and resolve complex operational challenges.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends and business impacts.
• Identify and track team metrics that drive business success.
• Lead business reviews and present performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Collaborate on COE documentation based on problem identification, root cause analysis, and solutions.
• Generate and analyze performance reports to drive data-informed decisions.
• Drive data-informed decision making across the organization.
• Process Improvement:
• Drive innovation and automation initiatives within the team.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders and managers across GSS.
• Work closely with support function teams to implement process improvements.
• Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and efficiency gains.
• Contribute to strategic planning and goal setting for the team and GSS.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

About The Team

As the sole CSPM Team Manager in India, you will manage a team of 15+ CPMs across both the BLR and MAA sites. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the India timezone, maintaining close alignment with the CSPM management team in SJO. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely and effective information flow to all team members, keeping your team current on priorities, processes, and updates, and exercising sound judgment on when to escalate issues to senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management experience
• 2+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
• Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication
• Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Experience driving projects to improve operations and support-related processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in online advertising, marketing, sales or digital media
• Experience managing communication with geographically distributed teams
