Title: E-Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, and other online marketplaces.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, revenue growth, and market share across digital channels.
• Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory, content, and promotions to ensure optimal visibility and conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute digital campaigns, marketplace promotions, and brand activations.
• Analyze sales performance, consumer behavior, and marketplace metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage relationships with marketplace account managers and external partners.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, ROAS, conversion rates, traffic, and customer acquisition.
• Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure inventory availability and fulfillment efficiency.
• Prepare periodic reports, forecasts, and business reviews for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in E-Commerce, preferably within the FMCG – Beauty, Personal Care or Hygiene space.
• Hands-on experience managing marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, digital marketing, online merchandising, and performance analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
