Manager – E&I Full Time

Leads the design, installation, maintenance, and optimization of all electrical systems, control systems, and instruments to ensure plant reliability, safety, and efficiency,

Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance; lead troubleshooting for breakdowns; ensure calibration; and manage shutdowns effectively.

Managing teams, budgets, projects, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and meet production goals

Ensure maximum plant availability, optimize equipment performance, and collaborate with other departments.

Enforce strict adherence to electrical safety standards, occupational health procedures, and work permit systems

Train, mentor, and develop E&I technical staff.

Drive implementation of automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI), digital manufacturing, solutions to improve productivity and reliability.

Monitor all instruments in plant are calibrated as per schedule and maintain data for ISO and other audit reuirement.

Manage vendor relationships, and serve as the central point of contact for Purchase department

Develop departmental budgets, plan CAPEX, identify improvement projects, and report progress to senior management.

Annual filing of Electrical data and meet all compliance as required by electrical

Inspector

Electricity duty return filing on quaterly basis for DG power generated.

Coordinate with MSEDCL officials on monthly basis and sort out issues related to billing,liasoning and other issues related to Electrical supply

Coordinate with external vendor for annual filing of EPR data of plant.

Managing and cordinating for open access power on momthly basis.

Supporting smooth functioning of IT network at plant with help of global

IT team.

Supporting other areas (HOD)in plant for new ideas and smooth functioning
