Hiring: Manager – IT Infrastructure & Security
Location: Kolkata(Work from office)
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA
Experience: 8–10 Years
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Manager – IT Infrastructure & Security to lead and manage enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud environments across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities along with hands-on expertise in network administration, Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, and IT security management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and security systems
Oversee Microsoft 365 administration, cloud services, and user access management
Ensure network security, firewall management, VPN connectivity, and cybersecurity compliance
Lead IT support operations and manage cross-functional IT teams
Handle vendor management, SLA monitoring, and IT asset lifecycle management
Develop IT policies, SOPs, governance, and compliance frameworks
Monitor system performance, incident management, and continuous process improvements
Required Skills:
Strong experience in IT Infrastructure & Security Management
Expertise in Microsoft 365, Cloud Platforms, Networking & Firewalls
Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, VPNs, switches, routers, and endpoint security
Good understanding of cybersecurity practices and compliance standards
Experience in team handling and vendor coordination
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Qualification:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
