Manager- IT & Systems Full Time

The IT manager will oversee and manage centralized IT operations for all school and junior college units of MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Schools. The role includes management of IT infrastructure (projectors/interactive panels), ERP systems, networking, surveillance systems, servers, and coordination with unit-level IT staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT operations & strategic plans across all school units and at the central office.
• Monitor and support ICT labs, networks, switches, racks, online UPS, CCTV systems, desktops, printers, biometric devices, and related IT assets.
• Lead implementation and management of centralized servers and cloud/backup systems.
• Coordinate ERP selection, implementation, and support for HR, operations, administration, and civil departments.
• Supervise and guide unit IT executives/technicians.
• Ensure data security, system uptime, backups, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors for AMC, procurement, software, and IT services.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and reports.
• Support digital initiatives and technology upgrades across campuses.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/computer science or a related field.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure/network/system administration.
• Experience in multi-location operations, ERP coordination, networking, CCTV, servers, and user support preferred.
• Good vendor management and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per month
