Their chances of attending college or building a career are significantly lower than their high-income peers, condemning them to a life without voice or choice. iTeach Schools was born in 2015 to challenge this status quo and create a level playing field for ALL children.

Role Summary
The Manager, Leadership Development role is focused on building the leadership pipeline that will fuel iTeach’s next decade of impact. You will lead core initiatives that accelerate educators into their next role — teachers into Lead Teachers, Lead Teachers into School Leaders — ensuring a strong, mission-critical talent pipeline for our schools and the wider education ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone who loves designing learning experiences and developing people. Your north star: enabling educators to grow at twice their current speed, so that thousands of children experience world-class leadership in their schools.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities fall into three categories: School Leader Academy (SLA), Aspiring School Leadership Track, and Internal Pipeline Development.
I. Lead the iTeach School Leader Academy (SLA)
II. Lead the iTeach Aspiring School Leadership Track (ASLT)
III. Internal Leadership Pipeline Development
Prerequisites:

The salary range for this position ranges from 9.0 – 10.5 LPA CTC, and we are dedicated to providing top-notch industry benefits.
