Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized tele / video consultations to patients for wellness initiatives. 
• Assess lifestyle, food habits, and daily routines.
• Create practical nutrition plans and track follow-ups.
• Build simple lifestyle programs across key member segments.
• Work with product, marketing, and clinical teams to integrate nutrition into member journeys.
• Develop usable nutrition content and tools.
• Track member engagement, adherence, and experience outcomes.
• Support evaluation of relevant ecosystem partners when needed.

Must-Haves

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Public Health Nutrition.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong counselling and communication skills.
• Comfortable with digital tools, documentation, and workflow systems.

Good to Have

• Exposure to lifestyle medicine, functional nutrition, sports nutrition, or wellness programs.
• Experience in digital health or content-led engagement models.

Screening Filters

• Must be open to working on-site in Navi Mumbai.
• Must be comfortable with a 6-day work week.
• Must have hands-on counselling experience.
• Prefer candidates with structured program delivery experience.
