Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager – Planning to oversee and manage the planning activities of large construction projects, preferably residential multistoried apartment complexes or townships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of project activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless project execution, from design to completion.
• Conduct micro-planning to optimize project workflows, resource utilization, and cost-efficiency.
• Monitor project progress against timelines, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial controls are in place.
• Analyze project data to identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support decision-making processes.
• Oversee the preparation of progress reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with site teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Implement project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and guide a team of planning engineers to enhance their professional growth and capabilities.
