Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Role Purpose:

Lead and govern end‑to‑end P2P operations for semiconductor fab construction programs, ensuring on‑time procurement and payments, strong capex controls, compliance, and zero impact to construction timelines. The role provides functional leadership, cross‑functional alignment, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead P2P Operations: Own PR‑to‑Payment for construction and capex spend, including EPC, services, and milestone‑based procurements.
• Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop P2P operations staff; set priorities, SLAs, and performance targets.
• Capex Governance: Ensure milestone‑based POs, invoice validation, retentions, and capitalization alignment with Finance and Project teams.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as primary P2P partner to Construction, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and EPC vendors; resolve escalations.
• Controls & Compliance: Enforce DoA, contract compliance, audit readiness, and regulatory requirements.
• Digital & Process Excellence: Drive ERP/P2P adoption, cycle‑time reduction, automation, and roadmap initiatives toward digitized/autonomous P2P.
• Performance Management: Define and track KPIs (PR/PO TAT, first‑pass yield, on‑time payments, capex leakage) and lead continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years in P2P / Procurement Operations, with management experience.
• Proven experience supporting large construction or capex‑intensive programs (semiconductor/high‑tech preferred).
• Strong knowledge of EPC models, milestone payments, and ERP/P2P systems (e.g., SAP).
