Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, well-connected Artist Sales & Bookings Manager with 7-10 years of experience to join our team. This role is best suited for someone with a strong network across event agencies, corporate clients, and wedding planners, and who thrives in a fast-paced artist-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in closing artist bookings, managing relationships, and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and close artist bookings across corporate events, weddings, and branded IPs.
• Leverage existing relationships with event/wedding agencies and corporate clients to grow the artist roster’s market presence.
• Pitch artists actively, negotiate fees, and close contracts with precision and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams on artist calendars, tech riders, and show logistics.
• Own the end-to-end booking cycle — from pitch to payment and post-event feedback.
• Work with legal/finance to ensure all contracts, invoices, and compliance are in place.
• Provide excellent client servicing, ensuring repeat business and long-term relationships.
• Stay updated with market trends, artist fee structures, and competitor offerings.
Key Requirements:
• 7-10 years of experience in artist bookings, business development, or client servicing in the live entertainment or event industry.
• Strong existing network with agencies, corporates, wedding planners, and promoters.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Well-versed in contract terms, artist coordination, and handling live performance logistics.
• Sales-driven mindset with a go-getter attitude.
