Job Description: Manager – Talent Management (Contingent Workforce)
Role Overview
We are seeking an astute and strategic Manager – Talent Management with 8 to 10 years of professional experience to head our non-employee and contract staffing governance framework. In this business-critical role, you will act as the primary workforce partner overseeing a robust ecosystem of 350+ contingent workers—including Time & Materials (T&M) contractors, Statement of Work (SOW) consultants, and corporate interns—distributed across multiple business entities and Pan-India locations.
