Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Trade Marketing & Community Growth professional to drive on-ground visibility, ecosystem engagement, partner activations, and trade marketing initiatives across key EV markets. The role requires a strong blend of BTL marketing, community activation, partnerships, event strategy, and cross-functional execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Trade Marketing & Activations
● Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns across OEMs, dealerships, fleet operators, charging touchpoints, RWAs, and ecosystem partners.
● Execute industry events, exhibitions, partner activations, and community programs annually.
● Develop and implement event evaluation frameworks, participation scoring models, and ROI measurement systems.
● Drive visibility initiatives at vehicle sales points, charging hubs, retail touchpoints, and ecosystem access points.
● Coordinate branding, collateral deployment, merchandising, and on-ground experience execution.
Community Growth & Ecosystem Engagement
● Activate and engage EV communities including 2W/3W drivers, fleet operators, RWAs, and charging users.
● Build scalable grassroots engagement programs across key cities and EV clusters.
● Strengthen ecosystem participation through local partnerships, public stand activations, workshops, and community-led initiatives.
Event Strategy & Pipeline Contribution
● Build and maintain an events calendar and opportunity mapping system for industry participation planning.
● Collaborate with sales teams to align event-generated leads with CRM funnel requirements and follow-up quality.
● Support pipeline generation through partner engagement, ecosystem networking, and activation-led lead acquisition.
● Track event-wise KPIs including leads, meetings, partnerships, conversion quality, and ROI metrics.
Vendor & Operations Management
● Build and manage city-wise vendor networks for activation execution.
● Coordinate with event organizers and logistics partners.
● Manage budgets, timelines, procurement, and operational coordination for marketing activities.
Cross-functional Collaboration
● Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
● Support co-branded campaigns and ecosystem partnership initiatives with OEMs, fleets, and strategic partners.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
● 3-4+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, BTL Marketing, Growth Marketing, Community Marketing, or Field Marketing.
● Experience in EV, automotive, mobility, energy, retail, or technology sectors preferred.
● Strong understanding of on-ground marketing execution and ecosystem-driven growth.
● Proven experience managing events, activations, exhibitions, and vendor ecosystems.
● Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
● Ability to manage multiple cities, campaigns, and timelines simultaneously.
● Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in ROI tracking and dashboarding.
● Excellent communication and relationship management skills
