Job Title: Manager – Training

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Manager – Training to lead training initiatives across recruitment,
VMS operations, billing, and support functions within US healthcare staffing. The role focuses
on capability building, process training, and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement training programs for staffing teams
• Conduct training on recruitment processes, VMS tools, compliance, and systems
• Develop training materials (SOPs, manuals, presentations)
• Lead new hire onboarding and refresher training programs
• Evaluate training effectiveness and track performance improvements
• Identify skill gaps and design targeted learning interventions
• Collaborate with leadership for training strategy
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• 6–10+ years of experience in training/L&D (staffing/BPO preferred)
• Experience in US healthcare staffing domain
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
