Role Title: Market Research Analyst, Talent Acquisition, Full-time

Educational qualification: MBA (HR/Analytics), Bachelors (Engineering)

Experience: 0-2 years in market research, recruitment, analytics or consulting with hands on exposure to data analysis, excel, dashboards, or fulfillment/recruitment metrics.

Key traits: Analytical, Critical thinking, Curiosity, Ability to connect dots, Communication & Comfort with presenting insights.

Role Objectives: Deliver data-backed accurate talent intelligence, optimizing sourcing strategy, to drive faster, cost-efficient, and high-quality fulfillment. This role directly impacts business outcomes by improving Time to Fill, Fulfilment %, Cost per Hire, and hiring predictability for project delivery.

Responsibilities

A) Market research, analytics & Insighting

• Conduct accurate market mapping (skill combinations, supply pool, locations, cost, competitors, etc.)

• Analyze demand trends, talent movement and compensation benchmarks.

• Create actionable insights for sourcing, compensation and fulfillment strategy.

• Recommend channel mix by skill, time to fill, supply gaps & channel quality. Support special initiatives on channel specific engagements.

• Correlate hiring/fulfillment metrics (Time to fill, cost, channel mix) against market intelligence findings. Own outcomes, analyze variance for continuous improvement in deliverables.

B) Process Excellence

• Support initiatives on TA process & performance enhancement programs aligned to functional objectives.
