Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing and Communications Associate located in Delhi, India. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing communications, crafting effective messaging, overseeing customer engagement initiatives, and collaborating with sales teams to drive growth and brand visibility. The Lead will also be responsible for ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and values.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience
• Excellent at social media, trends, strategy and communication
• Strong Communication skills and ability to craft compelling messaging
• Experience in conducting Market Research to understand trends and audience behavior
• Proficiency in developing Marketing Strategies and Sales collaboration
• Customer Service skills to ensure high-quality brand interactions
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge in sustainable practices and ethical branding is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role or industry is desirable
