About the Role

Oakmount is looking for a hands-on Marketing Associate who can own end-to-end social media execution, including content creation, design, and coordination. This role requires someone who can both create and manage—ensuring faster turnaround, better quality control, and reduced dependency on external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management & Content Creation

• Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business goals
• Create creatives, reels, and posts independently (design, video editing, captions)
• Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity
• Stay updated with trends and implement relevant formats/content styles

2. Creative Development (In-House)

• Design marketing creatives for digital platforms (posts, stories, ads, brochures)
• Shoot and edit basic video content for reels and project promotions
• Work closely with internal teams to translate ideas into engaging content
• Reduce turnaround time by minimizing external dependencies

3. Agency & Vendor Management

• Coordinate with external agencies (if required) and ensure deliverables are met
• Evaluate quality of output and ensure alignment with brand expectations
• Identify opportunities to bring more work in-house efficiently

4. Campaign Planning & Execution

• Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns for projects
• Align campaigns with sales priorities and inventory movement
• Track performance and suggest improvements

5. Reporting & Insights

• Track engagement, reach, and lead generation metrics
• Share monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Continuously optimize content based on performance

Key Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing/social media
• Real estate marketing experience preferred
• Hands-on experience in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) and video editing (InShot, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Ability to create content independently (graphics + reels)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and analytics
• Strong ownership and execution ability
