Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as Marketing & Brand Manager at our office located in Delhi, India. The Marketing & Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns, enhancing the company’s social media presence, overseeing digital marketing initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing trends, building partnerships, and identifying opportunities for growth. The candidate will work closely with leadership to establish the company as a trusted brand in AIDC, Biometric and surveillance solutions while achieving measurable business results.
Job Responsibilities
• Independently Develop and execute brand marketing strategies
• Handling company social media platforms (posting products, engagement, and account management)
• Creating attractive product brochures, reels, promotional videos, and engaging content for social media.
• Knowledge of social media account management and digital marketing
• Experience in brochure/design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or CorelDRAW
• Coordinate with sales teams for Promotional activities
• Manage online and offline marketing campaigns
• Build and maintain brand awareness
Key Skills & Competencies
• Knowledge of social media marketing and digital branding
• Creative thinking and campaign planning abilities
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, and Social Media Management
• Strong skills in Content Development, Copywriting, and Visual Identity Design
