We are building the next layer of food intelligence for F&B operators.

At Fitshield, we are transforming traditional restaurant menus into AI-powered, hyper-personalized decision systems that increase order value, improve customer experience, and help restaurants serve people better.

We are looking for a Lead Marketing Communications to define how the world understands and talks about what we’re building.

This is not a conventional marketing role.

This is a leadership role where you will work directly with the founders to craft narrative, positioning, and category creation from the ground up.

You will own the voice of the company across investors, customers, partners, and the market — and build a communication engine that drives awareness, trust, and demand.

Your Role :

• Own and define Fitshield’s core narrative, positioning, and brand voice

• Build and lead marketing communications across all channels (LinkedIn, PR, content, website, etc.)

• Translate complex product and AI capabilities into simple, powerful storytelling

• Work closely with founders on category creation and thought leadership

• Drive inbound demand through content, storytelling, and strategic communication

• Build systems for consistent, scalable brand communication
