Role Description

Designplus Architecture (DPA) is seeking a full-time, on-site Marketing & Communications Manager based in Gurugram. In this role, you will lead and manage the firm’s marketing and communication strategies, including drafting press releases, preparing strategic communication materials, and overseeing marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute initiatives that amplify the brand’s presence and align with organizational goals. Project management will be key to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing communications initiatives.

Qualifications

·  3–5 years in marketing or brand communications with real ownership (not just execution)

·  Strong skills in Communication and Strategic Communications

·  Strong Creative Instinct – you know what works and what doesn’t

·  Experience in crafting effective Press Releases and overseeing Marketing Communications

·  Proven ability to develop and execute marketing and communication strategies

·  Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field

·  Deep understanding of SEO (strategy, on-page, content built to rank)

·  Ability to write sharp briefs and manage agencies without dependency

·  Someone who builds systems — and actually uses them

·  Comfortable having a point of view in leadership discussions — and executing on it

· Experience in Architecture, Design, Real Estate, or any portfolio-driven industry is a strong plus.
